We currently deliver to:

  • United States (US)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • European Union (EU)
  • Other international destinations

We will do our best to assist.

All parcels are prepared in our Hong Kong studio and include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.


2. How Much Is Shipping?

All orders currently include free worldwide shipping — there are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

If our shipping policy changes in the future, we will notify you clearly before you place your order.

For added peace of mind, you may choose to include Shipping Protection at checkout for $4.00 USD — it offers a free replacement or refund if your parcel is lost or damaged during transit.

3. When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During holidays or peak seasons, it may take slightly longer.

Thank you for your understanding and patience — you’ll receive a notification as soon as your parcel ships.


4. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Most parcels arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location, postal service, and customs processing time.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or weather conditions,
and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

If delivery takes longer than expected, please don’t worry — we will stay in touch and monitor the progress until your parcel arrives safely.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and related handling fees are fully covered by Petal & Still.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

If there are any changes to this arrangement due to regional regulations or carrier policies,
we will notify you in advance before your parcel ships.

This ensures your experience remains smooth, transparent, and free of unexpected costs.


6. Tracking Your Parcel

Every order includes full tracking.
Once your parcel ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link,
allowing you to follow its journey directly through the carrier’s website.

If you ever feel uncertain or notice delays, please reach out to us — we are always happy to help.


7. Additional Notes

We generally ship all items in your order together, unless otherwise noted.
Some destinations or materials may have shipping limitations due to size or customs restrictions.
If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch and provide alternative options.


8. Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please email us immediately.
We will do our best to update your address before the parcel is dispatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
