Where do you ship from, and how long will it take?
All parcels are prepared in our Hong Kong studio. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, and all include tracking.
Do I need to pay for shipping or customs?
No — shipping is free, and we cover all customs fees. You’ll never be charged extra upon delivery.
What’s inside each pressed-flower kit?
Each kit includes real pressed flowers, a template, tools, and a written guide — everything you need for a slow, mindful creative moment.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — we never include pricing, and you can add a handwritten note at checkout. Every parcel is wrapped in calm, gift-ready packaging.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund, and if you added Shipping Protection ($4), your replacement is sent immediately.
