When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order begins once it’s confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
Can I use a discount code?
Please email us at info@petalandstill.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or update your order. We can only process these requests before the order has been processed or shipped.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after purchase, and another once your parcel ships with tracking details.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotion folder.

Where do you ship from, and where to?
All parcels are carefully packed and shipped from our distribution center via professional international couriers. We currently deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other international destinations.
How much is shipping?
Enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Any potential changes in shipping policy will be clearly displayed during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most parcels arrive within 7–14 days, depending on your region and local postal service.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
Are customs or duties included?
Yes — for most destinations, including the U.S., Petal & Still covers all customs and import fees.
What is Shipping Protection?
For a small fee of $4, you can add Shipping Protection at checkout. This provides peace of mind with prioritized support and quick resolution if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an immediate replacement or a full refund—eliminating the long waiting periods usually associated with carrier claims.

Can I return or exchange an order if I change my mind?
Each Petal & Still piece — whether artwork, DIY kit, or natural material set — is handcrafted and one of a kind. Due to the delicate nature of natural materials and the high cost of international logistics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons once an order has been delivered.
If you have a specific concern, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@petalandstill.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item/packaging.
We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Note: If you purchased Shipping Protection ($4), your claim will receive priority handling for an expedited replacement or refund.

What’s included in each pressed-flower kit?
Each kit includes real pressed flowers, a design template, essential crafting tools, and a written guide. We also include a few bonus decorative surprises to help you personalize your piece. For extra inspiration, you can find video tutorials on our website and social channels.
Can I choose between making my own or buying a finished piece?
Yes — you can enjoy the process of creating with our DIY kits, or choose a completed pressed-flower artwork handmade in our studio.
Both are made with real flowers and the same attention to calm, natural detail.
Are your materials sustainable and ethically sourced?
Yes. We use naturally dried flowers, eco-friendly papers, and minimal, recyclable packaging — all chosen from partners who share our values of gentle, mindful making.
Will my finished piece look the same as the photos?
For Ready-to-Ship artworks, you will receive the exact one-of-a-kind piece shown in the photos. For DIY kits and Made-to-Order pieces, please embrace the small variations in petal shape and color that come with real nature—every creation is beautifully unique.
What if I can’t finish my kit at once?
No rush at all. To keep the flowers vibrant, please reseal them in the original airtight packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This prevents moisture from affecting the delicate petals, so you can return to your crafting whenever you’re ready.

Can I send a kit or artwork as a gift?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout—we never include pricing or invoices inside gift parcels.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes! We offer a complimentary handwritten art card for your gift (a $10 value). Each card is uniquely shaped and prepared individually. To include one, please leave your personal note in the Order Notes box at checkout.
Is your packaging gift-ready?
Yes. Each piece is nestled in minimal, eco-conscious packaging that is both elegant and protective. It’s designed to be a beautiful unboxing experience, ready to be gifted the moment it arrives.
Are your kits suitable for children?
Our kits are a wonderful way to connect with nature, but we recommend adult supervision for makers under 12 due to small parts and delicate materials.
