We serve customers primarily in the United States, as well as the United Kingdom, European Union, and other international destinations.

You can place orders as a guest.

All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are securely handled through Stripe or PayPal, and we do not store your full payment details.

4.2 Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on postal systems and customs.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel ships.

4.3 Customs, Duties & Fees

For most regions, including the United States, Petal & Still covers all customs and import fees.
If any changes occur due to policy updates, we will notify you before shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Changed Your Mind

Our return policy is designed to be clear and supportive.

All returns and refunds follow the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

If you added Shipping Protection ($4) during checkout, you’ll receive priority service — with free replacement or full refund immediately, without additional verification.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used kits
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital templates or downloadable content (if applicable)
