Once you order, Sunny will personally reach out to see your pet’s photo and choose a floral palette that fits their personality.
Days 3–5: The First Glimpse
You’ll receive your design draft to review. We offer up to 3 adjustments to ensure we’ve captured your pet’s unique spirit perfectly.
Days 6–8: Hand-Pressed Artistry
Once approved, Sunny meticulously arranges each botanical element by hand to bring your pet’s silhouette to life.
Days 9–10: The Journey Home
After a final touch, your art is tucked safely into sustainable, gallery-grade packaging, ready for its trip to your door.

Our Quality Promise
If your art arrives damaged or with a craft defect, contact us within 30 days for a full resolution.
Custom Returns & Cancellations
As each piece is a one-of-a-kind custom creation, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
- Full Refund: Cancellations are welcome as long as the design process hasn’t started (usually within 24 hours).
- Design Phase: Once the first drafts are shared, a 20% fee is kept to cover the custom artistry involved.
- Final Production: Once Sunny begins the hand-pressing process, the order is final and non-refundable.

Perfectly. We omit pricing from all packages. Simply leave your message in "Order Notes" at checkout, and Sunny will hand-write it on a custom artist’s card for you.
